Anne Duncan Cooley

Anne Duncan Cooley has been the Executive Director of the Upper Valley Housing Coalition since 2004. She also served recently as Chair of Upper Valley Strong, the regional Tropical Storm Irene Long Term Recovery Committee, a multi-year collaboration of agencies, government, individuals and local organizations leading the local individual recovery effort. She  serves on the Town of Orford Select Board, Conservation Commission, Energy Committee, and is Chair of the Orford Academy Task Force. Anne was a longtime Director and Board Chair of the Upper Valley United Way and Board member of Twin Pines Housing Trust.


A graduate of Mt. Holyoke College in South Hadley, MA, Anne began her career as a lawyer after graduating from Vermont Law School with honors in 1989, and serving as Trial Court Law Clerk in Bennington County, VT. In 1990, she joined the law firm of Stebbins, Bradley, Harvey and Miller in Hanover, NH, practicing in both NH and VT. She is a member of the Leadership New Hampshire class of 2008.

Corb Moister, Jr.



Corb Moister, Jr joined the Upper Valley Housing Coalition over five years ago. Currently he serves as the Manager of Finance and Administration. In this part time role Corb provides support in the areas of bookkeeping and payroll, board liaison and committees, human resources, program and financial planning and assists with fundraising and program activities.



A graduate of Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania, Corb spent twenty two years with Vermont National Bank in Brattleboro, ending his career as Vice President and Operations Group Manager. Corb is a native of Norwich and returned to his home town in 2006. He joined the Housing Coalition a year later and enjoys his work at the Coalition in a key supporting role.
